How do I request a quote?
There are several ways to request and receive a quotation: 

1. Online: You can complete and submit the quote request form located on the Allen Field Printing website.
2. E-mail: You can email an Allen Field Printing representative at                 printing@allenfield.com , please provide the exact specifications of the item you want printed.
3. U. S. Postal Mail: You can mail your contact information and a sample copy of what you want printed to Allen Field Printing, Attn: Printing Quote Department, (Multiple copies of the same sample are suggested if possible).
4. Telephone: You can speak to an Allen Field Printing representative directly at 1-800-756-0810, extension 108.
5. We will issue and send a quote tracking number once your request for quotation has been received.
6. An Allen Field representative will contact you with your quote.
7. We will issue a job tracking number once we have received your order.

How do I place an order?
After having received a quote and a quote tracking number:

1. Contact an Allen Field Printing representative by telephone or email: 1-800-756-0810, extension 108; email,  printing@allenfield.com .
2. Please reference your quote tracking number when placing your order.
3. The Allen Field Printing representative will assist you with your order and provide a job tracking number for future reference.

In what format do I submit my files to Allen Field Printing?
Allen Field printing supports a PC and MAC platforms. We accept the following formats:

• Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excel, Home Publishing, Powerpoint, PhotoDraw, Works
• Adobe Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, Acrobat
• Macromedia Freehand, Fireworks
• Serif PagePlus
• ClarisWorks/AppleWorks
• Broderbund The Printshop, PrintMaster

We suggest your images and designs should be saved to 300 DPI at 100% of the dimensions at which they will print to ensure high quality printing results.

How do I submit my electronic files?

• Files can be saved to a CD and supplied to your Allen Field Printing representative.
• Files can be uploaded to our FTP site.  Please speak to your representative for instructions.

Will the color in the artwork provided in my electronic file match the printed product?
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.  These are the inks used on the press in "4-color process printing", commonly referred to as "full color printing".  All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.  Please note, we will not accept responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece.

How will I receive my sample proof?   
Allen Field Printing will provide you with a proof in Adobe Acrobat PDF via email.  A hard copy can be provided but it will delay the order process.  Your approval of the sample proof will be required before the order will move forward. 

What is the Customer Satisfaction policy?
Allen Field Printing is committed to customer satisfaction.  If the printed piece you purchase does not match the sample proof you approved, we will reprint it for you at no additional cost. We are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.  If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail or phone Allen Field Printing within 15 days of receiving the order to discuss the issue.

How will you ship my order?
Allen Field Printing uses UPS and FedEx shipping systems.  All orders are FOB Farmingdale, New York.  Your representative will provide shipping costs at the time of the order.

What are my payment options?
Existing customers can use their credit terms.
Allen Field Printing accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Deposits for new customers are required.  The requested deposit amount is based on the total order quantity and cost.  The balance is due upon receipt of printed items.  Checks or money orders must be made payable to Allen Field Company, Inc. Include your job tracking number on your check or money order and mail your check or money order to:
